This auction is loaded with commercial kitchen equipment, led by a 13 ft commercial exhaust hood, a True refrigeration unit, additional stainless steel commercial refrigeration, and a Berkel manual deli meat and cheese slicer. You’ll also find a CMA Dishmachines Temp-Sure dishwasher, a stainless steam table, an electric serving table, several Nemco food warmers (plus a new Nemco warmer lamp), bun toasters, and multiple stainless steel prep tables, sinks, racks, and roll-around carts.
