As-Is Condition: All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" without warranty on condition or missing parts. Descriptions are provided in good faith as opinions only. Bidders are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding. Sales Final: All sales are final. No returns, refunds or bid cancellations will be allowed. Technology Disruptions: The auctioneer will not be held responsible for any technology outages, delays or disruptions beyond its control that may impact the auction. ATTENTION LOCAL BUYERS - ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP DURING YOUR SELECTED TIME SLOT. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE THE REMOVAL TIME SLOT YOU WILL NEED SOMEONE TO REMOVE THE ITEMS FOR YOU (FAMILY MEMBER/FRIEND) OR PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BIDDING. - Arrangements made to pick up items outside of the stated pickup times will be subject to a $50 convenience fee payable to the set up crew the day the pickup is scheduled. IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED DURING REMOVAL TIME THEY WILL BE FORFEITED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. **There is NO equipment to move any of the purchased items. ALL buyers must bring help & equipment to move any and all items. ALL LOCAL BUYERS WITHIN 1.5 HOURS OF REMOVAL LOCATION ARE EXPECTED TO COME DURING REMOVAL TIME. OUT OF AREA (OVER 1.5 HOURS) AND/OR OUT OF STATE BUYERS - Auction Coordinator will reach out after the removal date to arrange shipping. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
