AUCTION CONDUCTED BY Ross Barton III-Auctioneer/ Beth Rose Real Estate & Auctions AUCTION TERMS Terms of Sale: A deposit in the amount of $10,000 via certified funds made out to Midland Title due at sign in of the auction. A 5% Buyer’s Premium shall apply. The auction is subject to postponement and/or cancellation. This is a LIVE on-site auction on the property. For registration to bid, you must (1) register the day of sale with your driver’s license or other form of acceptable ID (2) present the specified $10,000 non-refundable down payment, either in cash or certified funds made out to Insight Title Co. The high bidder’s deposit will be retained and used as to be credited towards the price of the home. Buyer will have 30 days or less to close through Insight Title Co. Preliminary title work has been started by Insight Title Co. and will close through Insight Title Co. The purchaser will receive a General Warranty Deed.
